Services are delivered digitally, and performance may vary depending on the complexity of the issue and the client’s platform.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are made securely via Stripe or PayPal.

You only pay if we can fix your issue. A payment link is sent after validation.

Prices are fixed per task unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

If a fix is not completed as promised, we offer a rework free of charge.

If we cannot resolve your issue after confirmation, no payment is due.

For eligible paid fixes, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.

5. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate and detailed information about your issue

Grant temporary and secure access to your website if required

Ensure backups are available (we recommend automated backups before any intervention)

6. Confidentiality

We treat all credentials and site data with strict confidentiality. Access details are deleted after completion of each task.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebFixNow (SCALEUP MARKETING LTD) is not liable for:

Data loss due to incorrect access or modifications beyond our scope

Pre-existing bugs or hosting/server issues not related to our task

Indirect damages, such as business interruption or lost revenue

Our responsibility is limited to the scope of the task we accept and validate.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
